Hello,
We are upgrading from Centrcity 9.5 to Centricity 9.8_6 this coming weekend. As I am sure you are aware SPR59060 phone note loading twice was not corrected with sp6. Wondering if anyone has found their own fix for this issue? If so would you be willing to share?

We changed the phone note encounter from always opening the form to never opening the form. That has helped .
