Does anyone know where the control text resides to replace the patient intructions-ccc form with a custom patient instructions form.
I can just rename the new file to Patient Instructions-CCC and save it in the CCC folder but that feels wrong to me.

If you're referring to changing which form loads when you click the Instructions 'jump-to' button at the bottom of CCC forms, go to CCCQE-USER-EDIT-FORM-PREFERENCES.txt (or the -2 version).
Change the form name to whatever you want within the fn ccc_xxx_Instr_form_path line item for your given specialty. Each specialty has its own section.
If you're referring to changing which form loads with the Update, edit the CCC-V8 Document Template.
