Hello, I work at a FQHC and we keep noticing intermittent slowness within CCC forms. We use both FAT clients and thin clients with Citrix
I check the SQL server everytime this happens and it's at about 7% CPU usage
specs are:
24 core processor
144 GB of RAM
700GB SSD
our DB is only 65 GB
Assuming those specs should be overkill (they are) i can rule out the server. has anyone else been experiencing this?
