Does anyone have a COMM (Current Opioid Misuse Measure) for that they would be willing to share?

Would you be willing to share the form? We are starting a Vivitrol program at our clinic for narcotic abuse and we do not have a form to document in.

Just be aware that many of the shortcut links (buttons) will probably need to be customized for your location. Also, there are many newer OBS that were requested to store all of the data. Any suggestions for improvement, would like to hear.

Joe, were the OBSTERMS you requested put into the latest OBS kit from GE?

I requested OBS terms. Although, to be honest, I have never figured out the GE logic.
(1) Are my OBS codes available to everyone?
(2) How does GE determine new OBS codes?
And yes, the requested codes were added, and I can see them in one of the CUST folders.

From what I have observed, the communities custom obsterms are published for everyone if they are added to the clinical kit and those people keep the most up to date obs kit loaded, but I could be incorrect on this. I would assume that they do a quick search to make sure that the requested terms aren't already populated in the table, and if they aren't then they are added.

The COMM is integrated into the form component. Below is another copy of the file (the .dlg file) with a few more buttons, but essentially the same
