If anyone else is using the superbill within the chart module of cps12 (sp5), I recently discovered some issues with the report and within cps. I believe I have since fixed the superb.rpt and would be happy to share, if anyone is interested.
Issues:
1. original superb.rpt does not correctly select the insurance for either primary or secondary when a change occurs.
2. CPS does not update the database properly within registration UNLESS 'save & exit' button is clicked (Note: just the 'save' button doesn't work).

hmmmm.... we upgraded straight to SP5 but don't think we are having this issue. I am going to ask around the office to see if anyone has noticed anything off.
