Our practice is trying to utilize the canned Case List report in CPS 12, but 80% of the information is duplicated. Does anyone else have this problem or know why it is occurring? We've looked at the differences between the cases that are duplicated and are not and we can't find any trends. We've checked if it is due to multiple insurances, the auth#, referral#, etc, but it still all seems to be random.
The only thing that I've noticed is that the first copy will not show the auth/referral number/expiration date. The second copy will have it. But if you look at the actual cases, the auth/referral information is there and there are no actual duplicate cases. Is this just in the design of the report that we have to change?
