We have numerous clinics in surronding counties and are in the process of going to centralized scheduling. If you have went through this and would be willing to share your experience with us please let me know. Thanks.

You will not like my answer 🙂 We went to centralized scheduling about five years ago -- and then went back to site scheduling about two years ago. We ran into too many issues with mistakes being made, and our sites are highly individualized so the central schedulers had multiple sets of rules to follow.
