Has anyone made modifications to the Chart Summary? I thought it was a .rpt but I only find a .doc. Is this correct?

Correct, it's not a .rpt file. I modified ours a few years back but I believe I modified it in wordpad and saved it as a .rtf.

I believe you can pull in OBS terms. Ours only has Patient Demographics, Problems, Meds, Allergies and Directives, but you should be able to use MEL expressions to pull in any OBS terms that you want.

What i have done in the past is used obsany to pull in items. So if you wanted to pull in a past height, you would put in:
{obsany("height")}
That should then display the most recent height. Also, I would edit it with wordpad and not word. Microsoft word puts a lot of extra hidden characters in the file and it will not open properly.
