Has anyone had luck adding combo vaccines to letters or history views with CVX?
I'm not sure how to code with CVX, except for referencing the GE "Immunizations System History View" which doesn't have combo vaccines (Pediarix, Pentacel, Kinrix, etc)

I have just spent a lot of time doing this. The CVX codes will be captured as an observation term for the immunizations, e.g., CVX08#1 is Hep B first in the series..
