Yes, you will be looking for the CCCQE-User-Edit-CPOE-Derm-TFE.txt. Or, use the CCC Text Editor form. There is a button that should open the appropriate text file in Notepad once you have chosen Derm and the CPOE form.

Thanks so much for your help. I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I was calling fn ccc_CPOE_template_Actinic_Keratosis() in the text file. I removed the "fn " in the file and on the form. Works like a champ now! Thanks again.
