Shot in the dark request to see if anyone has a crystal report they're willing to share before I build one.

Looking for a master list of all the service providers (and associated data) in the system.

Hi, sorry for the delayed response. I ended up writing my own custom report to display this information using two database tables: SERVPROV and SERVPROVORG.
