Could someone please point me toward directions on how to install forms available for download here? Many thanks.

It depends on how they are presented. If you get a .dlg file, you have to open it with the program Visual Form Editor from Logical Innovations (web site). Once you open and save the file, it will build a clinical kit. That is what you import into the EMR/CPS. Obviously, these files need to be saved somewhere that your EMR/CPS client can see.
In EMR, it is Go, Setup, Setting, System, Import Clinical Kits. You then navigate to where the .ckt file is and choose it. There will always be at least 6 files that are part of the clinical kit (though the .txt file created isn't used). If someone supplies a zip archive with the files, just unzip them all to a directory you can get to from inside EMR/CPS and import the clinical kit.
