Hi,
Does anyone have and use a Down Syndrome growth chart in their EMR? And would you be willing to share it?

Katy, the Growth Charts in the EMR (at least on the EMR only side) do have Down's Syndrome Reference Curves. If you bring up the Growth Chart, right-click on the chart itself, choose Reference Curves, then Down's Syndrome.
