I was wondering if anyone has developed Diabetic content (or any other content) for this form that they are willing to share?

The expanded history form is only if you exceed the character maximum. There is regular diabetes content in the HPI-CCC form.

I was looking for the same thing. I went to Edit the "Expanded History Editor-2 CCC", there was not anything on the dropdown to build on for "Select History" I was reading in "Clinical Content Functional Training" and see on page 76 demonstration what should be there for the form. If some one has created this and willing to share we would appreciate it. Thank you

Take a look at the specialties those drop downs are active for. That was one of my issues...we have "family practice" and that was not listed as one of the specialties in the text file. That being said...I'm still sure someone out there has built more for this form. I'm very interested if anyoone is willing to share.

I looked under the CCCQE-User_Edit Speciality-Definitions and this does have Family Practice as a "Yes". Should I be looking at something else. Thank you so much for your assistance.

you'll need to look at a different one 
This form is similar to the reports form...certain options show for certain specialties...all controlled by the one text file. Look at CCCQE-User-Edit-Expanded-Hx-1.txt...it is located in your "clinicfoldername" area. When you open that up you'll see a list of specialties for each item configured.. I had to add "Family Practice" to our items and then the expanded history 2 dropdown had the "canned" items showing it shipped with.
