When an encounter includes more than one form (using VFE, either multi-tabbed pages or stacked in individual forms), is it possible for all the data of one encounter form to be filed in error while keeping the other pages' data permanent once the document has been signed?
The first form in question contains a number of calculations where it doesn't make sense to append the document as every observation would have to be recalcuted. The second page does not often necessitate filing in error, but does include many reportable fields.
Thank you,

No, forms are just data entry templates for the note. You can only file the whole note in error, not parts of it. However, if you remove a form from the encounter before signing - it will remove the translation of that form's fields to the note. However, any obs terms set by that form will still be saved. They will show up in the flowsheet. Hope this helps.
