Formatting how text is entered in chart, currently vertical

I am new to VFE and have only done tutorials. How does one make the form enter info in the text chart as it appears on the form instead of in a vertical column? Thanks....more questions to come I am sure..

I wouldn't even try matching the form...spacing issues with data not entered. The best you can do is combining field translations, removing extra returns.
