I am trying to group a report by document.clinicaldate. I have converted the date using the correct formula. When I use the converted date to group on, it gives me weird results. For example: The group header will be 3/1/2012 but the detail lines under it will contain dates from 2/26/2012-3/3/2012????
I try using document.createdate and I get the same type of weirdness.
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong PLEASE!!!
You need to go into "Change Group..." and set the grouping so that "The section will be printed: for each day."
I am having a similar problem when trying to create a report to show how long documents left on hold/unsigned- using Document Create Date. I have tried Crystal 8.0 and 10 with same results. Additionally when I go to "change Group", the details of my original selection are not visible, making it difficult to confirm what I had - have to re-enter the grouping. I am trying to ID documents w/status U or H for <48 hrs, those 3 days thru 32 (to account for the allowed 48 hr documents), 33 thru 62, and those on desktop 63 or more days.
Does anyone have a report like that or know how I can edit it? I will get a document created on 5/31/12 showing up in the group that should be the within 48 hour group. I am getting appropriate documents in that group.
