I am hoping someone can help me with this. Our Cholesterol Providers currently print a "cholesterol report card (letter) and a CVS (handout) for each patient they see. They would like to streamline this process and only click one button and have both print. Because the letter is customized to the patients diagnosis and LDL, I can not make it a handout. What I would like to do is create a handout with a function that pulls in the customized letter and then print it along with the CVS. I can not find any data symbols that would help with this. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? I am new to functions and basically learning as I go.
Thanks in advance.

Is the provider manually customizing the letter at print time? Otherwise it can be a handout. There isn't any way to automate the printing of a letter template, unfortunately.

Thank You. What I was looking for was a way to pull the customized letter into a handout created for that purpose.

There is a way if you create a visibility region for each on the form. Put each button on top of each other and when it is pushed it will print both the letter and the handout. Let me see if I can attach a form that I have that does this. Not so good at attaching a file here on CHUG.
I can't but if you would like the form with this function on it, please email me and I will send it to you.
