Help! I have a form that was orginally created by someone else who is no longer here. It is a physical exam form and the provider requested his normals to be changed so I brought up the form and saved it to our "testing" folder made the changes he requested. When I saved the form a got an error about setvalues containing references to items that no longer exist, which was strange because I didn't delete anything. It was referencing a Clear form action button so I copied another button, reset the values for the section it was in. Saved the form...no errors. Imported it in test and all the action buttons appeared to be doing what they were supposed to do. Routed it to the physician to look at and he came back with another request. When I pulled up my form, the action buttons no longer have the set values on the button, they are down by the list boxes.
I have my original form without any changes, but it already had the error on it so I need to find out what I can do to fix it so it will be correct.
I was going to paste in the error but it doesn't appear I can do that. If anyone has any ideas or needs more information, please contact me.
Thanks for any assistance you can give.

I was following you up until

It sounds like your original button was working fine and that when you went into the buttons properties to make changes it was basically saying either an observation term or a document variable no longer existed. They would be listed at the top and the left column would say **N/A** so all you do is clear the value in the far right column, hit ok and that error goes away.
