I have a form that I have created to pull in information for quality measures. In each section I have clicked Begin Suppression at the section and then clicked End Suppression on the last item of the section so it will only show the information when something is entered into the edit field inside the section. Everything seems to suppress except for the section name. For example (see screen shot below), in the Diabetes Quality Measures section, everything in the section is suppressed from being inserted into the chart note except for "Diabetes Quality Measures" section name. It appears in the note even when nothing has been entered. I've went through the same steps for this form as I did several other forms to have the suppression work. What am I missing? Is there a certain step process that I have to follow to make sure that the suppression works? I am still fairly new at form building. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

You could change it from a section name to a heading, then the suppression blocks would work.
