We have a provider that wants her order completion turned off so that it does not pop up on her screen. When it does pop up on her screen it is defaulted to complete all orders and she always hits ok without looking at what the pop up is. She feels this is a burden and wants it turned off. We have it turned off for some providers but not all. Can someone assist me with this?

It is a preference. Go to options and then preferences and select patient charts and then orders completion. You will need to find lab in the left column and then move it to the right column. This should resolve the issue.
