Does anybody have a shareable VFE form that is set up to make it easier for providers to choose the right icd-10 code? We have Problems-ccc, but providers aren't really using it anyway, and want something more user friendly. I appreciate anything that anybody can offer.

Unfortunately, until GE releases their revised problem search in EMR version 9.10, and I think, CPS 12.2, the best Problem Search solution for ICD-10, that we've found, is from the guys at www.blackbirdsolutions.com.
It isn't free, but it is very reasonably priced. Our physicians thought it was an inexpensive insurance policy should GE fail to have their new Problem Search feature available by 10/1. Our hope is that GE will deliver a great solution prior to the go live date of ICD-10, but only time will tell.

I do have a form that I built for our Pain Management group that does this that I would be happy to share if someone is interested. The doctors seem to prefer it to using the Problems CCC form.

We also chose Health1 for our ICD10 form love it highly recommend them. www.h1tech.com it is flexible for custom configs and they are great to work with.
I could customize it to the provider in a specialty driven environment. Worth every $$
