I am working with a clinic to set up an Immunization registry interface in Washington and it was recommended that this form be used by GE. The form seems to be fine as it matches pretty closely what the clinic was using previously but some parts of the from are not correct. For example VFC eligibility codes do not match the codes Washington is looking for. Specifically H03 Third party or private insurance is no longer used and should be V10 Third party or private insurance. Is there any way to change this. Using the immunization management -CCC form this could be edited by editing the TFE file but there is not a TFE file to edit this form in. Has anyone had any experience in editing or getting GE to edit this form?
Currently I have this set up so that the clinic selects H03 and Qvera (interface engine) converts the value to V10 after the HL7 file is exported and before being sent to the registry which works for now. We would like to simplify things and eliminate the additional code in the interface though.
Thanks in advance.

Turns out there is the equivalent of the TFE file so it looks like I will be able to make this change rather easily.
I am just getting back into this Forum and I am currently working on this form. The form does have the editor, and I see you found this. I am having trouble getting the MC_PN (Pneumovax Medicare) G0009 to commit properly. Instead, it is pulling the 90471 or 90472 from the Admin Codes. I thought the route would choose this but it has not. Have you encountered this?
Hi Rob, I havent implemented this form yet because I cant edit it. I am also in WA State and nearing Go Live with our registry interface, cloverleaf, what it the "equilivant TFE" for this form.

My apologies, I haven't checked back to see any responses to this.
1. No I haven't experienced that Palko.
2. The TFE equivalent should be in the Clinical content folder in the centricity practice solution program files directory. We copied this folder(ours is called immunization but I don't remember if that is just what we call it or if that is the original name) to a network drive, modify the files we need to and then push the file out on login to all machines(native client) using a script. The files are .txt files that are named after the tabs of the form. These files don't allow any modifications to the look of the form but they allow you to change obs terms and add/remove items from the drop down menus. Feel free to PM me if you have further questions and I can give you my email address as that will be a better way to contact me.

You can also use jobs.txt to push new versions of files in the Client folder.
I'm just starting our journey with the WA IIS. Have you figured out how to get the action code RXA-21 to populate the HL7 file to add or deleted the vaccine sent to IIS?
Tonya Racine
The Immunization GE form was created in EFE so you can edit this form in VFE.
Tonya Racine.
We chose not to use the action code in RXA-21. We were told by IIS that they don't currently have any WA IIS customers who use Centricity that are using this option so we decided to skip the headache and have the users just delete them from the web logon and resend them if needed.
