Issue when running report in Centricity EMR

I have a report which uses a Command object and it runs perfectly fine when I run from Crystal Reports. It uses a dynamic cascading parameter. When I run it from Centricity EMR, it is not showing all the parameter values. Any suggestion on why some values are missing?
