I am trying to make sure all of the forms that I have created have a version number on the bottom of each form. Is anyone out there doing this and how are you accomplishing it. Any ideas appreciated!

I add a small label field to the form, change to text color to light grey as to not all attention to it, and set the text to the date of the update. I also bring up the description of the form hit the + button and include the date, and summary of changes since last version loaded in active EMR.
