Can I create a log form in VFE that records (lists by date) each time an intake form is filled and signed?
More like a flowsheet type of form, in which the date of the intake gets documented?

Hi Jude,
Is an observation term being updated each time this intake form is filled in? If yes, you can use the LIST_OBS function to display the value and date and populate a data display on a VFE form.
