We are looking for a report that will give us a list of all patients that have had specified vaccines on or after a specific date (ie. all patients recieving DTap and/or Hib and/or Tdap and/or Pneumovax and/or..... on or after May 01, 2012).
Help!!!

You could tweak this report by adding the obs terms you want to report on and add a date check.
