Does anyone by chance have a Crystal report that will run in CPS12.0 for MU measure #8a.

Number of unique patients seen during the attestation time, where patient had access to their visit summary within 4 days. We are being audited on one of our 2016 attestations and the report that we submitted is not showing them what they want to see.
