I'm trying to create a list of meds based on category (i.e., hypertensive medications, diabetic mediations, etc.).
My real goal is to somewhat re-create the "add template" function of the CCC-CPOE form, in our custom Assessment/Plan form. I would like to be able to push a button and, if HTN is selected as the problem, that all of the anti-hypertensive meds would be added to the end of the assessment.
