Greetings!
We're currently leveraging Dragon for medical dictation and we're looking for other options. I'm looking for any recommendations for a medical dictation software that is easy for providers to use.
Thanks in advance,
Alex W.

We have been having a lot of issues with Dragon since we upgraded to version 20.1. In particular, the issues are with any HTML forms. I suspect this is caused by the shift away from Internet Explorer to the Chromium engine. Regardless, Dragon has discontinued their locally installed version and is transitioning to a cloud-based subscription model that is extremely expensive. That said, I am also interested in any alternatives. I tried using the speech to text application that is built into the Windows 10 operating system but it fails to work with HTML forms as well. We are going to trial the cloud-based Dragon application for about 10 days in mid-August, but I suspect our providers will not want to move forward with it because of cost ($99/month).
We have had very good experiences with Clinically Speaking CSpeak. I would highly recommend it.

Hello,
We have utilized Clinically Speaking (CSpeak) for several years and are very happy. Their customer service is also excellent. I would highly recommend them. Misty
I have sent you an email. Thanks for reaching out.
Thanks for the response. It's bittersweet to see that others are having the issues with Dragon. I suspect we'll check out CSpeak and explore other options.
