I remember seeing some forms shared a long time ago - various modules like ADL (assisted daily living), etc... - that you could chain together into encounters for the three types of visits. (Initial, Annual, Annual-Subsequent).
Curious about the approach others have taken. Concern has been raised relative to 'compliance' to make sure someone actually completes each section. Have others made fields mandatory (you can in VFE development), create an extra form like the MU Checklist, or ??
Thus interested if anyone has things that could describe or share.
