Hello

I was wondering if there are any OB/GYN practices out there that use Centricity? And if so do you have any examples of prenatal forms you use. They have gotten rid of a lot of the CCC form that relate to the prenatal things. TIA

We are on EMR and have been using the Michael Thompson forms. The providers like these forms much better than the GE forms that were initially provided. The MT forms still aren't exactly what they want, but we have been making them work.

We received them from our consultant when we implemented EMR a few years ago. I don't know if you can request information from GE?

I can send you the original files they sent us when we implemented if you want to look at them.

I would love to see the files. My practice is mostly family practice but we do have one OB/GYN. Our OB/GYN hates the CCC files in GE. Please send to [email protected].

Crickett, I have tried sending to both of you and they both fail. You must be blocking something on your side. Here is the error:

Your message wasn't delivered due to a permission or security issue. It may have been rejected by a moderator, the address may only accept e-mail from certain senders, or another restriction may be preventing delivery.

Here is Dr. Thompson's latest Obstetrics package. There is a handout included which may only work if the update is open since theses function libraries are configured to load as Text Components. Load them via usrlib.txt to print the handout at any time. You should also load the SiteSpecific library via the included clinical kit.

The original forms were from Carilion and he has updated them for his clinic's use.
