Under encounter type OB follow up visit there is a form called OB Prenatal Labs. The provider checks the boxes on the right that they reviewed the labs. However, the lab vales do not pull into the note, just that the provider reviewed them. Is there a way to have the labs pull into the note when the Provider clicks on reviewed? Thank you for your help.
