I am creating a letter for a Doc and would like to insert some OBS terms to reference the Neck, Chest Wall, Lungs and Heart portion of the PE-CCC form. Does anyone have any experience with this or something simliar? Thanks for your help.

I do have experience but I need help understanding your question. You want the obs from the PE heart portion of the exam to pull into the letter you are creating?

Hi Palko,
I've taken a screenshot, perhaps a visual will help illustrate what I'm trying to accomplish. I'd like the OBS from the Neck, Chest Wall, Lungs & Heart text boxes.
Still in the learning process here so I apologize if I'm to vague. If you need more specific information please let me know.

...And yes, whatever the Doc enters into those text boxes I would like to pull into the letter.

Just be sure your Observation temrs match up to what you would like to show up in the letter.
