Had worked with GE Centricity before, and knew there to be a website that had OBS codes listing, and I think the package to download. I cannot seem to find this site anymore. But, would like to use some other OBS codes than what is installed on my version 9.5 site.
Thanks.

Why is it necessary to use the standard Excel spreadsheet to submit observation terms requests?
GE Healthcare engineers have built a processing tool into which a specifically-formatted spreadsheet is loaded. If any extra lines are added, columns switched around, requested information omitted, etc. the request will not load into the tool, necessitating added engineering time to reformat or a request for resubmission.
Why can't I get my observation terms back in a day or two? We have a large number of requests submitted each week. While there may be rare exceptions, the requests are researched and processed strictly on a first come first serve basis. Depending upon the size of the queue (which can be as many as fifty or more customer requests) and the size and complexity of the request, your request can take as little as 2-3 days or as long as 3-4 weeks to process. It is wise to plan accordingly. How should I prepare the request so that I can get the terms back as quickly as possible?
