Two questions:
1.) I am trying to develop a form for our Work/Comp office. I have applied obs terms from the searchable selections to four form components. None of the input in these fields is being populated in the Flowsheet. I have tried it with two notes. I have put information in the obs term related fields and then signed the note. None of it shows in the Flowsheet. I can get information from the vitals form to populate in the Flowsheet, but none of the obs terms on my form are showing up. Are there any other cases, other than a note being unsigned, where obs term values will not populate in the Flowsheet? How can I get these obs terms to populate? The case manager would like to see these items in the Flowsheet so that they are trackable on a visit by visit basis.
List of fields and obs terms:
Date Approved = DATE1
Approved For = #VISITSAPPRV
Approved By = CURR CASEWKR
Precert No. = PINS_PRECNUM
2.) Related to the same form: I also need to pull information about the case from the PM side. Originally, I thought the best way to do this was through the use of Data Symbols. However, it appears there are no Data Symbols strictly related to Work/Comp. Do I pick a Data Symbol that is closely related and then type the field title in the parenthesis?
Example: I want the patient's Current Work Status to be on this form. Will something like, PATIENT.EMPLSTATUS ("Current Work Status"), put what I need on the form? Or am I entirely barking up the wrong tree?

Well, I have managed to solve half my problem. I thought that I had the most recent Clinical Kit installed, but when I double checked it, it appeared I had not.
Once the most recent kit was installed, everything went right on over to the Flowsheet.
I could still use some help with Data Symbols, though. If anyone has any insight into that problem, I'd appreciate the help.
