I downloaded a form a couple of months ago called Labs that is for ordering labs via check boxes for the problem and then you click the button to order the lab...
I have looked and can't find it again...
I imported the form and made everything match as far as names, custom lists, etc...
My problem is this - when I click to order, nothing happens. I ran a MEL trace and the function is returning a "-5"
From what I can tell this means that it's an invalid order
The text that is returned from fnGetProblemCodes() and fnGetProblemDescriptions() exactly as it's supposed to (with pipes as a separator), but it will not push the order through. Has anyone seen this form and can help me out on what's wrong?
Thanks in advance!
You probably dont have the Orders/Tests set up in your system the same way as in the form. The name of the Order/Test must match exactly how it is in your system. I'll do a goto meeting to demonstrate is you need help. Hopes this helps.

That was one of my forms that I posted/shared on chug awhile back. Esthee is correct that your orders do not match what is setup on the form. You would need to change the orders on the form to match what is setup in your system.
This forum needs a "Like" button as on Facebook...Ernie...I LIKE your Comment!
