Does anyone have a modified tsorder.rpt that does not print the patient SSN? If so are you willing to share. We do not have crystal reports as we are a small clinic -.

I have modified the reports for tests, services and referrals to remove ssn but we have made some additional changes as well like displaying administrative comments and a modified title in referrals that adds the word consult. I believe I have the canned GE reports still with the ICD10 updates in it - I could just remove SSN in those and send if you don't hear from someone else. Thanks. Jen

Yes, I do. It just shows the last 4 digits of the patient's SSN. You can email me at [email protected]

This is our form.
We removed SSN and added PatientID and Code Modifiers next to the code, but other than that it is the same.
