I am having trouble with one order on a custom encounter form that works fine until it is "completed" to billing. When retrieving charges in billing, this particular code is not there, however different billing code that was also placed (either before or after) will duplicate with a modifier attached to it.
I've opened a case with GE, but no help there as yet. I was told by Tech that she would defer to supervisor but since this was a custom form issue they may not help.
Has anyone else had this problem? How to resolve? Should I contact VFE?

Billing: G8427 Duplicated-one with 8P modifier; not ordered; 4040F-8P was not retrieved……
