Sorry I have another newbie question.
I have created a handout for the ED to print when our PPA patients present to the ED, one thing I can't figure out how to get to populate is the PCP office phone. Everything that I know to look at produces the logged in users location phone number. Is there a awy to get the PCP's office phone to print on a handout?
Thanks
I am also a newbie and trying to soak all this info up!
Wouldn't you use {PRIMMD PHONE} for an Observation Term for the PCP phone number?
I saw this post on the board. About doing a lookup to get a list of people. I theorize that this same logic could be applied to your question - if that .txt file included the phone number as a field.

I have also seen here (I think) the coding to link the patient.respprovid to the user file. And if you could do that, you may be able to access the phone number store with the PCP.
In our case, the referring MD is almost always the PCP so we use
PATIENT.REFMDOFFICEPHONE

You could, but I am looking for the Data Symbol that would add it, thanks.

Thanks,
I tried this, but didn't get the results I wanted.
