On the PE-CCC form, I want to add a section called
“Feet”. Can you add sections to the PE-CCC form? I want to remove
the category of Head and Ears. Can this be done?

Nope. You can edit what is there but no way to actually remove sections or add sections to the PE-CCC form. Now there is a Foot/Ankle Exam-CCC that can be used instead.

You can rename something within the head and ears section to reet feet and then add all the check boxes and normal sentence to that area.
