Is there any way to check the patient in without it turning to blue on everyone's desktop? I would like to have the appointments
1. Check-in/Arrived - yellow (for example)
2. Routed to MA's desktop - blue
3. Routed to physician desktop - green
Bu it doesn't show up on the physician UNTIL it is green.
Having issues with physicians not waiting for the front desk or MAs to finish with patient because they see that the patient is "blue".
