Has anyone edited or created a patient list report with the patient's email address and would be wiling to share it? The out of the box report in cps doesn't include the patient's email address. If not does anyone know what table the email addresses are stored in? We are on CPS 10.

They should be stored in the PatientProfile table in field EMailAddress.
Which report are you talking about?

The report is called Patient List under reports/patients

This report does not show email addresses. Can it be modified to include this? If so, how? Thanks guys!

Email address can be displayed, but this field need to be added in the SQL script and added in Crystal Reports.
