Does anyone know how to carry over the Goals from the evaluation to the goal section on every daily progress note? Right now we are having to cut and paste every time. Please Help

I created basic multiline edit fields with obs terms. However this requires macros to be used for quick data entry. Could you share your forms if they are checklist based as I have a couple of therapists who dont type as fast
I can share the forms I have but they are basic multiline fields
