We have patients preregistering for visits (entering review of systems, social history, etc)...so the date of the pregister obs that are recorded potentially do not match the date of the visit. I want to pull the pregistration obs into the chart note only if the obs date matches the date chosen by the user from a dropdown menu. Has anyone already tackeled this?

I did something like that for a Visual Signature Capture customer of ours. This one gives you a dropdown menu of dates associated with an obs term I knew was going to always be populated in the set of obs terms we were looking at. You could give another drop down to set the obs term you wanted to look at to get dates if you so desired. Choose Obs Term Date to Pull Into Form
