Our providers find the problem comments very helpful to add synopsis statement about the problem. we would like to be able to view this information when updating an assessment of a problem and even pull it into the AP.
This problem comment info is available in the Problems in Summary but not in the assessment when it would actually be most useful. Is there a way to call for this info and even to make it updateable during an assessment?
