Hello,
I have a fellow employee that would like to run a weekly report of how many new referrals there were, how many worked and closed. Does anyone currently run this report or have this report in their arsenal?

Need to specify CPS or EMR?

Sorry, I thought CPS was the the EMR we are using. Can you clarify? The referral coordinators perform all of their work in the EMR.

CPS is the Microsoft SQL Server product (usually CPS 10x, 11x or 12x) that normally includes Practice Management features as well.
EMR is the Oracle based EMR-only product (usually EMR 9.5 or 9.8)
You'd have to do work to get one Crystal Report to work on the other platform. I only have EMR Oracle reports which won't help you on CPS.

We do ours from inquiries. Find orders, type Referral, select the status your looking for. You can also narrow down by provider and dates.
