I am trying to do a report where it lists the EMR User that added/edited the reg notes in patient's chart. If I use the following tables.fields, should it be accurate? Or is it showing the last user that updated the patient's chart in general & not the reg note?

PERSON.externalid

PERSON.searchname

PERSON.regnote

USR.firstname

USR.lastname

Person.Usrid to Usr.Pvid
