We are trying to run the MU report, Provide Electronic Copy of Medical record. Getting the above error. GE indicated that there were bad dates in the database. Users entered them in the incorrect format. (not mm/dd/yyyy) We found 3 that were bad for a specific LOC, deleted the obs value for ROI DTE RCVD from the flowsheet, and reentered them correctly. However, the error continues to occur. Running the crystal report searching for that obs term still shows the invalid dates. Does anyone know how to get rid of them ? We thought that removing them from the flowsheet would work, and they do not show in the flowsheet any longer, but can't get the report for this LOC. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

How did you find the invalid dates? I am referring to DOCUMENT.CLINICALDATE for my report. After using the date conversion formula & rerun the report, I am getting Error: "The Date range is out of range."
I used isdate() for that since it was using OBSDATE. That's why I suggested it initially, because I knew I had used it before to successfully eliminate invalid dates. But since you are using CLINICALDATE, I don't think you can use that.
I am also clueless how the invalid dates (if present) in CLINICALDATE field can be found.
