We have been having an issue with 2 of our providers lately, when they right click within GE it will crash Internet Explorer.
Initially i tried a complete reset of IE and that seemed to solve the problem. Now just a few days later the issue is back. I am thinking it could be a specific setting with-in IE (getting turned off or on) that could be causing this but I am unsure which one.
I should also mention this is in CPS11. Thank you in advance for any input you could give me.
Are they Dragon Naturally Speaking users? If so, head to options (in Dragon), Misc and turn off "Use Voice Commands in Menus" (may be slightly different name).
Once that option has been unchecked, exit and restart Dragon.
Yes they are Dragon Naturally Speaking users. I will try to get together with a provider that is having this issue tomorrow and try this out. Thank you for the help and I will keep you posted.
I have now tried this on 2 different providers computers and it has fixed the issue for both of them. Thank you very much for your help on this issue.
I should also mention they have not noticed any issues with using Dragon with the 'Use Voice Commands in Menus" turned off.
